Orders are processed promptly, and shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Replacements:
All sales on BoyaCrayons.com are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason other than damage during shipment.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected], including photographic proof of the damage. After verification, we will provide a replacement for the affected individual colors only.

Failure to report shipping damage within the 24-hour window voids eligibility for replacement.
