Boya Crayons are a unique, patented line of artist-grade adult crayons distributed exclusively in North America by Anest Iwata-Medea, Inc. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colors, and specifications are accurate. However, variations in display settings or manufacturing processes may result in slight differences.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout through our approved payment processors. We do not store or retain full payment card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Shipping, Returns, and Replacements
All sales on BoyaCrayons.com are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason other than damage during shipment.
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damage. After verification, we will provide a replacement for the affected individual colors only.
Failure to report damage within the 24-hour window voids eligibility for replacement.
